Michael Maczyszyn is the new Head Of Cinema Distribution and Mastering at Pharos – The Post Group

As of August 1, Michael Maczyszyn is now Head of the Digital Cinema Distribution & Mastering department at PHAROS. He assumes the commercial and technical responsibility for its business operations, management and strategic focus, taking over from Florian Peuler, who is leaving the company at his own request after almost a year and a half, to seek a new challenge.


Michael Maczyszyn draws from more than 15 years of industry experience in the company. He was instrumental in helping to drive and accomplish the transition from analog film through to digital cinema. Since 2017 he has been a Producer in Mastering.
